U.K. construction sector rose more than forecast in November, the Purchasing Managers’ Index data released on Tuesday showed.
Construction PMI surged to 45.3 in November, but remained in the contraction area, from 44.2 in October, surpassing forecasts of 44.5.
Data released on Monday showed that the manufacturing PMI improved to 46.9 from 45.9 in October, but still remained on the contraction zone.
Eyes will focus tomorrow on the final services PMI data that may confirm a contraction of 48.6 in November.
